We always enjoy a well-built FJ40 Land Cruiser. Check out this 1977 FJ40 that our team stumbled across. This 3 owner Cruiser has been fully restored and magazine featured. The exterior was custom painted green and updated with LED tail lights, removable roof rack, and a Warn winch. Under the hood you’ll find a 6.0L Vortec V8 with custom tubular headers coupled with a 4L60E automatic transmission. The 40 is estimated to have 400hp and 650ft/lbs of torque. To handle all that power and put it to good use, they added custom drive shafts, Orion 4:1 transfer case, 4:88:1 gears, ARB air lockers, and a custom power steering setup to make sure the 35″ BFG Mud Terrains on 17″ aluminum Weld wheels get you where you need to go. The interior has also been upgraded with a 6 point roll cage, custom seats, a Line-X floor, and updated gauges and controls. Check out the rest of the photos, including the magazine story, on the seller’s ad.
